All tours need a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any reservation. A full refund will be paid on any reservation canceled prior to this minimum notice. No refund will be paid to cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the excursion booking. In the event of dangerous weather or water conditions, we may cancel your excursion, you may choose to transfer your trip to a later date or receive a full refund.
To scuba or snuba dive safely, you must not be extremely overweight or out of condition. Diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive. If taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program.
